Skipper maintains her own individuality despite being in the shadow of her older sister Barbie. While Barbie enjoys the spotlight, Skipper is more reserved. She loves social networking and stays current with the latest technology. Thoughtful and expressive, Skipper enjoys making friends around the world through her blog.

In her room, Skipper is surrounded by the latest and greatest gadgets and gizmos—she enjoys technology, digital art, photography and music. She adores her Pug, Scrunchie, whom she rescued at a local animal rescue shelter. Although Skipper loves her Barbie Fab Sisters very much, she values 'alone time' in her room.
